An optimized user interface at the touchscreen terminal, combined with a card reader and barcode scanner, guarantees suitability for practical use, acceptance and high data quality.

The service personal can log into the system by scanning in the personal barcode or using a chipcard, scanning in the work that has been carried out and times taken, reporting spare parts, etc.
